1. Exchange


We are happy to accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please note the following conditions:

1. Exchange Location: All exchanges must be made in-store at 147 Rideau St, Ottawa, ON K1N 5X4.
2. Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
3. Final Sale Items:
• All foods are FINAL sale.
• Blind boxes are FINAL sale.
4. Eligible Items: Non-hygiene, unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
5. Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS. Exchanges only.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 36 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accept reports submitted more than 36 hours after delivery.

Exceptions

Certain types of items are Final Sale as mentioned above. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Shipping charges must be prepaid and insured by customer. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping and handling charges.

 

 

2.Order Cancellation Cost

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation of an order before it has been shipped will incur a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

2.Cancellation of an order after it has been shipped must adhere to our exchange policy and will be treated as an exchange.

3. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

4. To cancel an in-store pick-up order after it has been placed, a $3.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
