We will try our best to process your order within at least 2 business hours and at most 8 business hours during our business hours (11 PM to 9 PM local time, Monday to Sunday). Please wait for our system notification before coming to the store for pickup.
3. Charges
There is no additional charge for in-store pick-up customers.

Pick-up time may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY: Your groceries can be delivered as early as the same day if the order is placed before 1 PM.
Deliveries are scheduled between 12 PM and 18 PM
NEXT-DAY DELIVERY: Your groceries can be delivered as early as the next day if the order is placed after 1 PM.

3) Delivery Charges 收费

4) Delivery Instructions 配送须知
The delivery driver will call or send an SMS prior to arrival. Please ensure that your phone line is open and someone is available to receive the order.
- If the driver calls three times without receiving an answer, please choose one of the following options:
1. Allow the driver to leave the package at the lobby. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss of the package if you choose this option.
2. Request redelivery. A delivery fee will be applied for the redelivery.
(The default option is 1. Please email us if you choose option 2.)
*NOTE: Due to the high risk of package theft, we strongly advise you to pick up your package upon the first attempt of delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss of the package in such cases.
- To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure that the address provided is correct.
- For all condominiums/apartments, delivery will be made to the lobby for pickup.
- For houses/townhouses, delivery will be made to the front door/side door only. Our drivers cannot deliver to the back door due to safety reasons.
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

6) Shipping By Courier 邮寄服务
1. Free Shipping Threshold & Estimated Delivery Time

Free Shipping: Orders shipped to Ontario and Quebec qualify for free shipping on pre-tax orders of CA$99 or more.
Note: Some remote or northern areas may not be serviced by our partnered couriers. In such cases, we will use an alternate courier that delivers to those regions. Any additional charges incurred will be communicated to the affected customer. - Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold: Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–5 business days under normal circumstances. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
2. Returned Packages Due to Delivery Failure or Non-Collection
If a package is returned to us due to reasons not attributable to Axia Station, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect name or address provided by the customer
- Recipient not available at the delivery address
- Package left uncollected at the designated post office location for an extended period
- Recipient traveling or away from home
The following policies apply:
- Notification: Axia Station will contact the customer by email or phone upon receiving the returned package.
- Reshipping: If the customer wishes to have the package reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply. We will inform the customer of the exact amount.

Order Cancellation: If the customer chooses to cancel the order:
- We will deduct the return shipping cost;
- A 30% cancellation fee based on the original order amount will also be applied;
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 1 business day. Funds should arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.

如因以下非 Axia Station 责任原因导致包裹被退回，包括但不限于：
- 客户填写的姓名或地址有误；
- 收件人不在家；
- 包裹在邮局长时间未被领取；
- 收件人外出、旅行等情况；
处理方式如下：
- 退件通知：Axia Station 在收到退回包裹后，将通过电子邮件或电话主动联系客户。
- 重新寄送：如客户要求重新寄送包裹，需补付相应邮费，金额将由我们告知。

订单取消：如客户选择取消订单：
- Axia Station 将扣除退件时产生的邮寄费用；
- 另扣除订单金额的 30% 作为订单取消手续费；

剩余款项将在 1 个工作日内退还至客户原支付银行卡，预计 5～10 个工作日内到账。
